Preparation checklist before the notary appointment:

Have valid physical unexpired photo ID
If you have no ID, you must have two witnesses with ID's, who personally know you.
Each signer and credible witness must have valid photo ID
Your document(s) must be duly complete (except for your signature and date). No blank fields, no missing pages.
