Preparation before appointment:

• Do not sign or date documents until Notary Public is present
• Have valid physical unexpired photo ID
• If you have no ID, you must have two witnesses with ID's, who personally know you.
• ​Each signer and credible witness must have valid photo ID
• Your document(s) must be duly complete (except for your signature and date). No blank fields, no missing pages.
