Preparation before appointment:
- Do not sign or date documents until Notary Public is present
- Have valid physical unexpired photo ID
- If you have no ID, you must have two witnesses with ID's, who personally know you.
- Each signer and credible witness must have valid photo ID
- Your document(s) must be duly complete (except for your signature and date). No blank fields, no missing pages.
